1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If so, customers will be notified.

2. Shipping Duration

We offer reliable pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro cities usually receive orders faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

LAPEX may offer free shipping during promotions or for minimum order values.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

You can track the shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to get updated by the courier.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

LAPEX is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or wrong address input.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please record a video while unboxing and contact us immediately at support@billbits.in.

For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a resolution or replacement as per policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, LAPEX ships only within India.
International delivery options may be introduced in the future.

9. Delivery Delays

Unavoidable delays may occur due to:

Strikes or transport issues

High-demand seasons

Courier network limitations

LAPEX will not be liable for such delays but will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
