1. Accepted Payment Methods

LAPEX uses Razorpay as the primary payment gateway.
Customers can securely make payments using:

UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

Credit Cards

Debit Cards

Net Banking

Wallets

EMI options (available on select banks/cards)

All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted by Razorpay.

2. Payment Security

Razorpay uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all payment data.

LAPEX does not store or access any card information, UPI IDs, or bank details.

All payment details are processed directly by Razorpay as per RBI and PCI-DSS compliance.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is completed, customers will receive an instant payment confirmation via email or SMS.

Orders are processed only after successful payment.

If your payment fails but money is deducted, the amount is automatically refunded by the bank/payment gateway within 3–7 days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on selected pincodes.

Additional charges may apply for COD orders.

Customers must provide a valid mobile number and address for COD verification.

5. Price Changes & Billing

Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice.

All prices are shown in INR and include applicable GST.

Invoice will be sent to the customer’s email after order placement.

6. Fraud Prevention

LAPEX reserves the right to:

Cancel orders flagged as suspicious or high risk

Request additional verification in some cases

Block accounts involved in fraudulent activities

This ensures safety for both customers and the store.

7. Refunds & Payment Reversals

Refunds for returned/cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method used.

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days (as per Razorpay/bank timelines).

LAPEX is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment partners.
