1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided:

The product is unused and unwashed

The item is in original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

You have proper unboxing video proof in case of damaged/incorrect products

Note: Returns without video proof (for damage/defect issues) will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

Innerwear

Socks

Accessories

Products marked as Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale

Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

To request a return:

Email us at support@billbits.in with:

Order ID

Reason for return

Unboxing video (if applicable)

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, a pickup will be arranged through our courier partners.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when:

The delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The product does not match the description

The return request is approved and the returned item passes inspection

Refund method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) used during purchase.

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval (as per bank/Razorpay timelines).

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size issues only.

Exchange is subject to availability of the requested product/size.

If the product is not available, a refund or store credit may be provided.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible—customers must apply for return after delivery.

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order:

Record a full unboxing video from start to end

Email the video to support@billbits.in within 24 hours of delivery

Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund

No claim will be accepted without video proof.

8. Return Pickup Failure

If the courier partner attempts pickup and the customer is unavailable:

A second attempt will be made

If pickup fails repeatedly, the return request may be cancelled
